Our Team

Benjamin founded Armstrong in 2001 and is involved in all aspects of the company. Benjamin is responsible for all acquisitions, financings, redevelopments, new developments, and management of existing assets. Prior to founding Armstrong, Benjamin practiced real estate law at Blank Rome Tenzer Greenblatt LLP for three years ending November 2000. Benjamin received a BA from New York University and a JD from Brooklyn Law School.

Ian joined Armstrong to oversee all hospitality operations and development. Ian is also responsible for management of the existing portfolio, renewals of existing leases and working with outside leasing brokers to secure new tenants. Prior to joining Armstrong, Ian worked for The Ritz Carlton Hotel Company in their real estate department and for Branded Concept Development as Project Manager. Ian received his Bachelor of Science in Hospitality and Tourism Management with a concentration in Hotel Development from New York University.
