Benjamin founded Armstrong Realty Management in 2001 and is involved in all aspects of the company. Benjamin is responsible for all acquisitions, financings, redevelopments, new developments, and management of existing assets. Prior to founding Armstrong Capital, Benjamin practiced real estate law at Blank Rome Tenzer Greenblatt LLP for three years ending November 2000. Benjamin received a BA from New York University and a JD from Brooklyn Law School.		David joined Armstrong Capital LLC in April of 2010. David analyzes all new acquisitions and transactions in order to assist with the redevelopment process and obtain financing. Prior to joining Armstrong Capital, David worked for several national developers in various capacities. David received his Bachelor of Interdisciplinary Studies in Business and Sociology from Arizona State University.
Donny Furer v. president - managment		Jonathan Greenberg director of leasing
Donny joined Armstrong Realty Management in June 2006 as Vice President of Management. Donny is responsible for overseeing management of the existing portfolio and redevelopment of newly acquired assets. Prior to joining Armstrong Capital, he was employed by Kushner Companies for 14 years as Director of Commercial Management. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Yeshiva University and is a licensed real estate salesperson in New York and New Jersey.		Jonathan joined Armstrong Realty Management in June of 2006 to oversee all aspects of leasing. Jonathan is responsible for renewals of existing leases and working with outside leasing brokers to secure new tenants. Prior to joining Armstrong Capital, Jonathan worked for Branded Concept Development as Associate Manager of Real Estate. Jonathan received a BS from Lander College for Men and is a licensed real estate sales person in New York.

Paul, a certified public accountant in the State of New York, joined Armstrong Capital, LLC as Chief Financial Officer. Prior to joining Armstrong Capital, Paul was a Senior Manager at Cornerstone Accounting Group/The Schonbraun McCann Group where he performed audit, due diligence, agreed-upon procedures and client assist services for 8.5 years in the real estate industry for clients including Mack-Cali Realty, New Plan Excel Realty Trust, Brickman Associates, The Schultz Organization and Hudson Realty Capital. Prior to his employment at The Schonbraun McCann Group, Paul worked with The Witkoff Group as a Financial Analyst and Assistant Controller for three years. Paul received his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and graduated cum laude from Northeastern University in Boston, Massachusetts.		Daniel joined Armstrong Capital LLC and Armstrong Realty Management LLC as General Counsel in September 2009 and is responsible for all legal matters with respect to all leasing, financing, transactional, joint venture and other real property and contractual matters. Prior to joining Armstrong Capital, Daniel was a partner at the international law firm of Greenberg Traurig, LLP where he practiced in the Real Estate Department for twelve years handling numerous complex acquisition, financing, construction and joint venture matters. In the four years preceding his employment at Greenberg Traurig, Daniel was an associate practicing civil and real estate related litigation at the law firms of Wilson Elser Moskowitz Edelman & Dicker LLP and Klein & Solomon LLP. Daniel received his Bachelor of Arts from Emory University in 1989, and graduated, cum laude, from the State University of New York at Buffalo Law School in 1992.
